Corrugated pipes for sewerage

Recently, polymer pipes have found wide application in the installation of sewage and drainage systems for various purposes. Today you can buy a corrugated pipe for sewage from the manufacturer “JIZZAX POLIMER PLAST” and not waste time searching for components.

Types of pipes

1) Polyethylene pipes for sewage. They can be of various diameters, single-layer and two-layer, smooth and corrugated. The latter combine light weight, high stiffness over the cross section, which prevents the pipe from collapsing under certain loads and flexibility along the axis (length), which is a big plus when installing systems with complex crimping. It is this type of pipe that we produce at the JIZZAX POLIMER PLAST factory.

2) Polypropylene pipes – the same characteristics are valid for them as for polyethylene pipes.

3) Polyvinyl chloride pipes – are frost-resistant, but less plastic than polyethylene and polypropylene pipes. Pressure sewer systems that operate under pressure increasingly include plastic pipes. The advantage of such systems is that they work regardless of the angle of inclination and use pipes of a smaller diameter than in pressureless sewers.

Advantages of polyethylene pressure pipes for sewage:

  • Resistance to corrosion.
  • Low price.
  • Ease, speed and low cost of installation.
  • Plastic.
  • Light weight construction.

Disadvantages:

  • Lower strength than metal.
  • Vulnerability to extremely low and high temperatures, as well as to ultraviolet.
